To position the continent of Africa at a vantage point to harness its human and natural resources for the realization of its goals as an emerging world power.
Our mission and organizational purpose is to prepare emerging young African leaders to get involved in the hard work of preserving democracy leveraging the power of technology, youth organizing, innovation geared towards a more progressive Africa.
We work across the 36 States, the FCT, the 774 LGA’s of Nigeria and the African Continent.
Our core belief in constitutional democracy is what makes the US constitution a worthwhile study for emerging young leaders across Africa.
As young leaders emerge across Africa, the need to create a more inclusive social contract (the constitution) for their nations which promotes human rights, democracy and social cohesion has never been more crucial than now. We believe a 200-year-plus (The US) surviving constitution is worth learning a thing or two from. We do not believe any one constitution is perfect and is the best for every situation, but our core belief in constitutional democracy is what makes the US Constitution a worthwhile study for emerging young leaders across Africa
We at RTLA will constantly continue to work with private and public institutions to organize activities and promote researches that support youth economic development and opportunities. Our DOERS Hangout, Employability Skills Training & Enterprise Development projects serve to open up young people to skills and opportunities for growth
