ReadyToLeadAfrica is pleased to announce the successful completion of the ReadyToWork 2.0 initiative—an intensive, free two-week work readiness programme designed to enhance the employability and leadership potential of young people.
The training equipped participants with critical workplace competencies, including effective communication, teamwork, problem-solving, time management, digital literacy, CV development, interview preparation, and professional ethics. Delivered through interactive workshops and facilitated by experienced practitioners, the programme fostered practical skills, confidence, and civic-mindedness among participants.
Building on the impact of the inaugural edition, ReadyToWork 2.0 expanded its reach, engaging a wider pool of young beneficiaries and creating a platform for peer learning, mentorship, and sustained capacity development. The programme reflects ReadyToLeadAfrica’s commitment to advancing youth empowerment, strengthening the talent pipeline, and promoting inclusive economic participation.
